Energy Work
An energy bodywork session is focused on the wholistic well-being of a person rather than their physical sensations. While physical sensations are a large part of our energetic experience, the approach is quite different than that of a regular massage. These sessions are done fully clothed and with consent the practitioner may put hands on the body where it is needed, or at times direct contact is not needed. We will discuss in depth the purpose and intention of the session before we begin, there will be a clear beginning and ending of the session with plenty of space to communicate during, and we will end the session with a debrief and quick processing of what was experienced. We pull from principles of Reiki, Polarity Therapy, and psychic intuition, yoga nidra, and meditation. Each energy session is a unique experience and centered around the present moment and may be influencing it. Primarily we will be focused on tapping into your own intuition and assisting the body to relax so we can find the areas that are stuck or unearthed to bring them to the surface to be processed and released. Tools we have access to are energy clearing with smoke, essential oils, sound, guided meditation, prayer, and/or oracle cards. This work can go as deep as you want it to, you are in full control, we are merely here as gracious helpers in your expansive healing experience.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release can be physically intense or quite subtle. The touch and approach is different from many modalities, with a lot of pulling, stretching, pushing, and twisting. The holds tend to be slower, and often require little or no lotion or oil. It has deep, profound effects on the mind and body. This modality helps with repetitive stress positions and regaining lost range of motion.
Sliding Scale
Sliding Scale
Craniosacral Therapy
One of the most gentle bodywork modalities out there, Craniosacral Therapy is an osteopathic technique similar to myofascial release. Long, stationary holds of minimal pressure focus on the head, neck, spine, and sacrum while affecting the entire body. Releases can be subtle, and even more so than other modalities, some effects may not be felt until after the session ends. It has profound mechanical benefits, like relieving headaches and helping neck injuries heal, and also carries a deep effect on the nervous system. Bodies that struggle to trust, are healing from trauma, or just need a break from overwhelm, are especially invited to try a session out. Sessions are performed over clothes or through a sheet.

Book NowTools
A shorter session, focused on a specific area, that uses tools to affect quick relief. Good for sudden neck pain from sleeping funny, recovery from travel, or just a tune-up on a body part with chronic pains. This is the perfect amount of time for a hand, foot, face and/or head massage! Tools may include: silicon or plastic cupping (mobile or static), hot or cold stones, hot or cold towels, gua sha (can be heated), foot soaking tub, and a massage gun. Disrobing can be optional and more localized to the target area. Sliding scale is not applicable for this shorter session time.
Neuromuscular Therapy
A specialized form of manual massage focused on improving the neurological connection between muscles and the brain by treating trigger points, adhesions, and fascial dysfunction caused by injury, trauma, postural patterns, and repetitive movements. To be most effective, Neuromuscular Therapy requires a treatment plan for a series of focused, condition-specific sessions that build upon each other.
